In the past we were split up, blacks and
whites were not able to connect we fought a lot we never liked to go to the
same school the same store or anything like that. I’m pretty sure some of the
little kids wanted to talk to a different race but they were no aloud to do
things like that back then. Back then I’m so so glad that I wasn’t born when
things like this happened because I would be the type of person who would want
a few white friends and that’s why I’m glad that all of the non sense is over
thank god I’m steal living now.
My mama sit and tell me about this everyday
and talk about how happy she is that the world isn’t how it used to be. The world
now is so peaceful because you can be friends with who ever you want without
any problems or complains you can go outside without another race closing there
doors and windows that’s seems so freaking pointless to me now like I don’t
understand why everyone didn’t start off as friends back then to I guess that’s
just how the equal rights go.
