Power of Books (Jazlin)

I believe Beatty is trying to say that books have a power that draws you towards them and if you read them you get very passionate to know whats next you keep reading. I think his society thought it was easier to ban books than to teach people to think because either they were worried where thinking people would lead them. For example it could lead them to where a lot people fight for their rights their own freedom or some it could drive them to madness thinking is powerful thing that can really set you off. But thinking has very affects a lot of people get smarter and create things. Do I see this happening in our world, I would say yes but honestly it's to late for that, if there were a reason to ban/burn books I think it would because technology is just to advanced and they don't see a reason for them. We already have where to buy books online and read through ipad's, kendle's, computer's and ect. But there really isn't a reason I see to ban books unless it's that about the technology, because to make people stop thinking that won't do anything.

Fate #3 (Jazlin)

Do I believe in fate ? Well I do but then I don't because we sometimes are our cause of our  own destiny by the choices we make but it can also be fate that the choice you made would take somewhere great. I just believe that where ever there's darkness there's a beam of light. So what ever you decide in your life weather to buy a new car or used car they both bring bad and good  -->consequence. So in a way you choose your own fate with out actually knowing what comes next.

I think audiences enjoy watching characters like Puck because he is silly and he can make a mistakes and also make them right. They enjoy how he can be very clumsy its funny I guess you can say. I would describe Puck as an entertainer, as a living the life no matter what anyone cares about him. He cares more of him doing what he likes and making people laugh. To me he served as a great friend because he was there for Oberon even if basically it was his job he well could have chose not to do what Oberon would sent him to do.

Love looks with the Mind (Jazlin)

I do agree with this statement, because love can happen when ever however. It can be the ugliest person to someone else but you may fall in love with this person. It's the personality you should care about since it's the personality your going to live with not just their looks. Follow your heart and mind not what you see.

I do believe family has at least a suggestion of who we should love but not always what they think will be right. It's what our hearts know not about whats someone else thinks. In the society things have changed every person has it's own rights in choosing who they want to marry who they can love. I do think family can interfere with a person's decision thats why I do think family or friends can play a role in to who we love.

Dreams (Jazlin)

Dreams represent things we think about or wish for or sometimes things we don’t. Sometimes it’s simply fictional. I think the power of dreams is that it makes us think different in reality. Sometimes it happens, crazy but it does. Or maybe it’s our minds who believe so but it’s our imagination that makes us think beyond. Sometimes dreams do have an effect on reality because we either begin to want the things we dreamed or something.  Or dreams that become nightmares that later become to affect us, we get scared easily or we actually become very fearful. We all have things we fear or love and sometimes that’s what we dream. Maybe we saw a scary movie and it was so impacting that it’s like a picture that stays in your head and then we might suddenly dream it happening to our selfs or to someone we know. Has a dream ever effected me, actually I think so but many times. Once I had a very bad dream that it caused be to be scared for a while thinking about spirits ghost what not. I’ve also had a dream in where I fall in love with a close friend and in the dream we have relationship. But in real life he was one of my friend’s actual boyfriend so when I had woken up I was scared of that I actually wanted it. You know they say you dream what you well in that case I didn’t Id never hurt my friend. So it actually caused to not be so close as was with this guy but it was just a dream. I laugh at it now but a dream can certainly effect you in reality.
