Dreams mostly happen
when you are sleep and during night but some people daydream. A lot of people
have bad dreams called nightmares. Dreams are thoughts and images
in your brain that are still active while you are sleep. Dreams have people you
know and might not know in them.
A lot of dreams feel realistic and you may think you've actually experienced, and you
may have. Dreams represent
things that happen or happened in your life such as the past and present, and
dreams can also foreshadow things to come in your life. And sometimes it may be
things that you have not yet experienced. You may have dreamt of something and
later in reality everything seems similar to what your dream was about which is
called déjà vu. I believe that dreams can affect reality and the decisions you
make in life because if dreams represent things in your actual life then they
might be able to show you a solution to a problem you have in reality. Sometimes my dreams affect what I do if it is
a nightmare because the dream is most likely trying to show me something useful
and tell me a solution to something.
