Free Will (Joanna)

I believe in mostly free will. I believe astrology can give you a lot of insight to certain types of people and situations, but ultimately we all make our own choices, and not everyone can be explained by their signs and aspects, because nature/culture/society has such a huge impact on how a person is, and what life is. As for fate... I don't put too much stock into it. Think about this. What if you and a certain guy were meant to be, and he lived in another country. A few centuries ago, this would be almost impossible. Now, with planes and email, very possible. No fate involved there, just culture, time period, free will. I don't believe in destiny, but I do believe everything that happens is a lesson. I don't believe "everything happens for a reason" but that you can make a reason for everything that happens. It's all specific to you. I don't think all people who break up aren't "meant to be" and I don't believe all people who get married are "meant to be". I believe each person that breaks up makes a hard decision to do so and every person who gets married makes a hard decision to do so. Even arranged marriages. You ultimately have a choice, still.
