Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind (Biridiana)

I believe the statement Helena said, which is “ Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind.” In her case it’s because Demetrius loves Hermia for her looks and for being wealthier than her.
I agree with her statement because love isn’t all about looks, its feelings you have inside for that person. Like the saying “don’t judge a book by its cover.”
Even if their looks are not attractive sooner or later they will. In my opinion the more you get to know the person the more they become attracted in your eyes. The personality of a person makes them better looking. He/ She could be the less attractive person you’ve ever seen, but can also be the nicest person you’ll ever meet.
Looks shouldn’t matter, if they do I think its because you care about what others say of who you are seen with. It’s not right to be embarrassed of whom you are seen with. You should be comfortable being seen with who ever you are in love with. If you are embarrassed, it’s better to look for someone new instead of telling them. They could end up heart broken.
When a person loves someone’s looks it’s for attention. It’s not love, if it is then your lucky. Most of the time that’s not the case. If you fall in love with someone’s looks and after you get to know their personality I would guarantee they will no longer be attracted in your eyes.
If you get to know the personality you will get more along with the person. If its looks, there might be arguments at times since you don’t know the way each other are.
