Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind (Leslie)

Helena says, “Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind.” (I, I, 234- 235)
I think this statement is really true because most people and from my experiences I have notice that most people could be either blind, death, or just paralyzed on a wheel chair or have some kind of syndrome and those people end up finding there true love. Obviously those people do not judge there soul mate or what ever they call it by there outside. They judge by the inside on how they really are. Their personality and those special features that make the other person fall in love with them even more. But the outside features are also important well on my opinion. They don’t have to be perfect. If they both have more similarities than differences than they can actually work out. They don’t have to be agreeing with almost everything. Someone also can attracked by their differences. What counts is that the couple can sooner or later after disagreeing on something they could end up with a agreement. So I totally agree on Helena because what counts is too look for your loved one not with your eyes but with the mind. That way if you are ready to settle down, and want something to last. I think its better to love with the mind.
